Ordering & Customization
How do I design my custom map?
Use our interactive design tool to search for any location, adjust the zoom and position to get the perfect view, then choose your product and size. You'll see a live preview before ordering.
Can I map any location in the world?
Yes! Our map data covers the entire globe. You can create a custom map of any city, town, island, or landmark anywhere in the world.
What level of detail will my map show?
Our maps show streets, parks, water features, and major landmarks. The level of detail depends on your zoom level—zoom in for more street-level detail, or zoom out for a broader view.
Can I see a preview before I order?
Absolutely! Our design tool shows you exactly how your map will look on your chosen product. You can also preview how it will appear when laser engraved.

What products do you offer?
We offer a range of products including cutting boards, wall art panels, coasters, and more. Each is available in multiple sizes to fit your space and budget.
What materials do you use?
Our cutting boards are made from high-quality Canadian maple and walnut. Wall art panels use premium Baltic birch plywood. All materials are food-safe where applicable.
How is the map engraved?
We use precision CO2 laser engraving technology. Each map is rendered at 300 DPI for incredibly fine detail, capturing every street and waterway with stunning clarity.
Are cutting boards food-safe?
Yes! Our cutting boards are made from food-safe materials and finished with food-grade mineral oil. They're fully functional for food preparation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Custom orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Each piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping options. Contact us if you're interested in international shipping.
How are products packaged?
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Cutting boards include a protective sleeve, and wall art is cushioned with foam corners.
Returns & Support
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Since each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect or error with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I make changes after ordering?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify your order.
